Wheel Chair Rugby

Jack participated in wheel chair rugby along with his classroom.  Jack liked the motion of the wheelchair spinning around and crashing into his friends.  If someone was coming towards him in another wheel chair he would get the giggles. I think Jack would have liked to do this all afternoon :)

Gingerbread Men

In Term One,  Room 1 children got to make Gingerbread Men.  Jack thought this was great.  He sat with the other children and helped stir in the ingredients and helped Mrs Christiansen cut up the butter.
Jack especially loved decorating his Gingerbread Man and discovered he liked to eat marshmellows!!

J for Jack

 Over the last few weeks Jack has been learning to write J for Jack.  He now knows where to start and finish his letter J.

Jack also loves to use the teaching station where he draws lines from the top to the bottom.  This helps Jack to know where the top of the board (page) is and where to stop at the bottom.  He is also very good at using the duster to wipe off his work when finished.
